  • What do Property Managers Do?

    Prepare Properties for Renting. Inspect Properties 30 Days after Move In, Every Spring & Every Fall. Market Properties. Professional Photos. Receive & Screen Applicants. Coordinate Lease Signing. Maintain Properties. Correspond with Owners & Tenants. 

  • How will you find Tenants for my Property?

    Your Property, along with Professional Photos, will be advertised on our website and on various Rental Marketing Directories. We also thoroughly screen Applicants. 

  • What is usually looked for in Tenants?

    1. Stability of Employment
    2. Good Credit History
    3. Proof of Identity
  • How much will my investment property lease for?

    Your Lease Rate is going to be determined by several market factors including the condition of the Property, Location and Rental Rates for competing homes. 

  • How do Property Inspections work?

    Regular Inspections of the Property are completed by the Maintenance Manager when taking the Rental, Spring & Fall and when a Tenant moves out and any other time as requested by the Owner.

  • What are the most common mistakes made by Investment Property Owners?

    1. Purchasing a Property in poor condition and or not bringing the Property up to "MMS Rent Ready" Standards.
    2. Requesting a Rent Amount that is too high for the Market/Location/Condition of the Property.
    3. Failure to take advice from your Property Management Company.
    4. Not addressing Tenant concerns in a timely manner.
  • How often will I hear from my Property Manager?

    Advise the Property Manager of your expectations to avoid confusion. We Provide our Owners with a Monthly Report on or before the 15th of each month. This can be a Basic Report or as detailed as fits your needs. 

  • Who handles the middle of the night calls?

    We do! We are on call 24 hours a day. Why worry you? That's why you hired us! Most emergencies are prioritized! One of our Maintenance Crew has our After Hours Phone at all times.
